BrainHi Product Iteration

NYC & SAN JUAN, 2021 — Working with our newly built design system as a foundation, we set out to refine the user experience of the main web application, as well as to evolve the product to address more varied types of users and use cases.

Working initially as de-facto product manager, and later mentoring a junior product manager and a junior product designer, we implemented an interface for users to assign conversations to each other; optimized the user flow for a patient to select an appointment with a doctor; and implemented a management view for BrainHi’s internal staff who manage multiple clients via the web application, along with work on many other day-to-day projects and larger strategic initiatives.

Over time, we’ve evolved the front end of the web application to be more information-dense, offer more functionality to the user, and to be fully responsive throughout. Additionally, we can now implement metrics much more effectively, as well as maintain visual consistency across the product.
